Job summary

TC Energy is seeking a Measurement Manager for the Grande Prairie area in Canada. You will oversee the safe, reliable operation and maintenance of measurement assets, leading teams to meet regulatory and company standards.

You will report to the Senior Operations Manager for Northern Alberta and may travel up to 30% to various field and office locations while supporting the Canada Gas Operations strategy.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary education in a relevant field of study.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience; an equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.
• Experience in health, safety, and environment leadership and compliance.
• Knowledge of leadership competencies and a commitment to career development.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to continuously improve team health, safety, environment, regulatory compliance, reliability and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Oversee operations and maintenance of measurement assets in the Grande Prairie region.
• Manage resources including people, finances, materials and time to maximize efficiency.
• Lead talent development, mentoring and succession planning within the team.
