Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented Head of Digital Engineering to lead our team. This role provides strategic leadership, oversight, and guidance in developing enterprise-wide digital roadmaps and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

What you'll be doing:

1. Oversee the technical excellence of digital delivery services for large programs, ensuring adherence to strategic visions and leading organizational change.
2. Define and outline clear visions for projects, programs, and the broader practice.
3. Lead strategic digital practices such as BIM, GIS, and CDE adoption, overseeing regional tendering processes and fostering collaboration.
4. Provide strategic oversight and guidance for enterprise-wide initiatives, including technology strategies, policies, and procedures.
5. Prepare competitive proposals, contribute to RFP reviews, and develop detailed effort estimates.
6. Analyze KPIs to inform strategic decisions and develop schedules and plans to support business goals.
7. Lead training, coaching, and support efforts, ensuring materials align with business strategies.
8. Manage staffing, recruitment, and personnel development within digital teams.
9. Collaborate with departments and senior management on initiatives and influence change.
10. Serve as the primary contact for digital technical matters with clients and management.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management; Master’s preferred.
• 20+ years’ experience in Design or Construction, with 10+ years in BIM on major projects.
• Experience in consulting or contracting on large infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with BIM standards, software (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, etc.), and regional experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, strategic vision, and technical expertise in digital systems, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication, management, and risk mitigation skills.
