We’re hiring for a Managing Director of Investment Banking focused only on the Capital Raising side of IB advisory.

We have no shortage of opportunities and mandates to raise for.

What We’re Looking For
  • You are licensed (FINRA or equivalent)
  • You’ve raised capital from HNWIs, Family Offices, VC, and Growth Equity groups
  • You’ve led raises from Series A through pre-IPO and institutional growth rounds
  • Your average transaction size ranges from $20M to $500M+
  • You can point to 5 or more companies you’ve successfully raised capital for
  • You move fast, carry yourself well, and bring a credible, well-connected investor network
