Additionally, McAsphalt provides comprehensive services and technology solutions, encompassing paving, testing, research and development, engineering, and consulting.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Maintains, executes CMMS program.
  2. Manages the CMMS system to produce and maintain all maintenance records, and to track and report all maintenance activities.
  3. Manages creation and completion of work orders through CMMS system and coordinates maintenance workflow.
  4. Creates, updates plant level work procedures, establishes preventative maintenance schedules, generates PM work orders using the CMMS system, and keeps track of preventive maintenance tasks.
  5. Organizes and maintains all records, certificates, registrations, and licenses from regulatory bodies, as well as technical documents, equipment manuals, engineering drawings and P&IDs.
  6. Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, consumables, maintenance supplies, and initiates reordering when necessary.
  7. Acquires quotations from vendors and contractors as required by the maintenance team.
  8. Monitors and expedites part orders, off-side repairs, on-site contractors work.
  9. Communicates with suppliers and contractors adhering to company values and objectives of the company.
  10. Schedules off-season maintenance in coordination with operations personnel, plant manager and regional maintenance manager.
  11. Prepares plans and budgets for scheduled maintenance activities, maintenance projects, and off-season maintenance.
  12. Performs other duties and projects as assigned by Plant Manager.
  13. Provides technical assistance to co-workers when needed.
Qualifications
  1. Successful applicants will, at minimum, have a college certificate or diploma or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment, maintaining facilities and equipment.
  2. Understanding of production processes and familiarity with manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to electronic controllers, boilers, thermal liquid systems, pumps, meters, valves, and piping.
  3. Strong computer skills (Word/Excel/Outlook etc.), and experience with CMMS systems.
  4. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitudes and any experience with PLC, DCS, automation, plumbing, welding would be a strong asset.
  5. Strong work ethic with ability to work independently and on own initiative.
  6. Ability to work outdoors in all environments.
  7. Ability to work at heights.
  8. Confined space entry experience.
  9. Ability to work off hours and overtime for emergencies.
  10. Ability to work alone or in small teams.
  11. Valid class 5 drivers license with a clear abstract is required.
