Job summary

Alignerr is seeking MBA-trained professionals to help train and evaluate AI models on business reasoning. You will stress-test AI across finance, strategy, and marketing, exposing flaws and authoring benchmark responses for smarter outputs.

This is a fully remote, hourly contract role with 10–40 hours per week. No AI background required beyond deep business expertise and sharp analytical thinking.

Qualifications

• MBA from an accredited institution.
• Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business domains: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into concise executive recommendations.
• Precise and detail-oriented with financial models and quantitative analysis.
• Clear and confident written communication with step-by-step reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Design complex business challenges across DCF valuation, market entry strategy, and operations.
• Author ground-truth solutions with financial statements, marketing frameworks, and strategic rationales.
• Audit AI-generated business content for logical consistency and quality.
• Provide structured feedback on AI reasoning, highlighting gaps like miscalculated costs or macro variables.
• Work asynchronously and independently on flexible scheduling.
