Your responsibilities and tasks :

The Role

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Service Branch Canada to lead our Field Service operations. You will be responsible for managing service teams, optimizing operational efficiency, driving customer satisfaction, and growing our service business across the country.

Responsibilities

Lead all Canadian Field Service activities (maintenance, repair, and support)

  • Grow the Field Service business and increase customer value
  • Manage service schedules and team utilization to meet client needs
  • Set and align service targets, processes, and performance standards
  • Support and implement global and regional service strategies
  • Monitor market trends, improve service methods, and share best practices
  • Collaborate with sales teams and act as a key liaison with customers
  • Ensure high service quality, timely billing, and accurate reporting
  • Promote training, innovation, and continuous improvement in the service team

Your profile and qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Trade School or High School Diploma required
  • Degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in service operations
  • Proven ability to manage and grow service teams
  • Strong technical expertise in industrial equipment maintenance
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business understanding and customer focus
