Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage Maximo environments: users, roles, security, workflows, integrations.

  • Collaborate with maintenance, project, and production teams to improve system performance.
  • Develop dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs) via Maximo and Power BI.
  • Ensure data quality and standardization across sites.
  • Train users and produce technical documentation.
  • Contribute to change management and operational excellence initiatives.
How to thrive in this role?

To be successful, you should have:

  • College diploma or university degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Maximo administration.
  • Mastery of asset lifecycle management principles.
  • Experience with Maximo integrations (ERP, IoT, GIS, Azure).
  • Skills in SQL / Oracle databases, automation scripts, workflow configuration.
  • Languages: C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core, Java, Python.
  • Bilingualism required (French / English).
