Southland ISD - Junior High Math Teacher

Southland ISD is seeking a dedicated Junior High Math Teacher to join our Southland Teaching Family. The candidate must have a current and valid Texas certification or be eligible to obtain one through a TEA-approved alternative certification program.

The successful candidate will:

1. Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences in the core academic subject area.
2. Help students fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth.
3. Enable students to develop competencies and skills to succeed in society.

The teacher must also be willing to sponsor an academic enrichment activity, organization, class, UIL, and other extracurricular activities if assigned.
