Job summary

Mathnasium in Toronto, Ontario, is looking for passionate individuals to teach math using the Mathnasium Method™. Responsibilities include delivering individualized instruction, assessing student learning progress, and becoming proficient with digital educational resources.

Ideal candidates should possess exceptional math skills at least through Algebra I and a strong desire to learn and work with students. A flexible schedule is offered along with various training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a passion for math and enjoy working with students.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members is essential.
• Willingness to learn new teaching methods and practices is necessary.
• Exceptional math proficiency through at least Algebra I is required.

Responsibilities

• Teach in-centre and/or online using the Mathnasium Method.
• Work collaboratively with team members for individualized instruction.
• Assess students' learning progress and engagement during sessions.
