The Saskatchewan Health Authority and the University of Saskatchewan seek two Maternal Fetal Medicine subspecialists for clinical and academic roles. In this role, successful candidates will engage in a multidisciplinary care environment, supporting a high volume of deliveries and advanced maternal care services in Saskatoon.
Position profile : Saskatchewan Health Authority - Saskatoon and the University of Saskatchewan, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology seeks two Maternal Fetal Medicine subspecialist with clinical and academic interests to join their team. Responsibilities will include inpatient, outpatient and community clinical and academic service. The successful candidate will work in a multidisciplinary care environment.
The successful candidate will have appointments in both Saskatchewan Health Authority and the University of Saskatchewan. There are 5700 deliveries per year and a maternal fetal ultrasound unit for outpatient ultrasounds and procedures.
Job Qualifications : Candidates must hold certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC), be Royal College Certified in MFM and be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS).
Compensation details : Fee for Service, in house Obstetrics stipend, Maternal Fetal Unit stipend
