Job summary

Socket.dev in Châteauguay, QC is seeking a Materials Receiving Coordinator to manage the flow of incoming raw materials and provide ERP-based processing. The role focuses on efficient inventory movement and maintaining LN system records.

The candidate will organize warehouses, perform cycle counts, and ensure safety with forklift operations while supporting the supply chain and training staff when needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years forklift driving experience.
• 3 years experience as material handler and coordinator.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials into the LN ERP and process documents.
• Organize and optimize inventories in warehouses.
• Manage inventory, label items, and report inaccuracies with the Factory track tool.
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Operate forklifts, pallet trucks and overhead cranes safely.
• Attend training and may train other staff as needed.
• Support the supply chain team in inventory initiatives.
