Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Mississauga is seeking a Warehouse Associate to provide logistical support across departments, including receipt, staging, and loading of all domestic and export shipments. You will ensure safe, timely, and accurate movement of materials between production and storage areas while following GMP standards.

The role involves data entry of purchase orders in SAP, forklift operation, RF scanner troubleshooting, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain.
• Active valid forklift operation certificate.
• Narrow Aisle Forklift experience required.
• Familiarity with cGMP, SOPs, SAP, WHMIS and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, timely and accurate delivery of materials between production and warehouse areas.
• Receive inventory, inspect for damages, confirm quantities and repalletize as needed.
• Enter purchase orders in SAP and generate documentation for labeling and sampling.
• Load finished products and materials onto trailers and containers.
• Schedule delivery appointments with suppliers and freight carriers.
