Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage supply chain activities in the assigned area under the direction of supply chain management.
2. Perform procurement activities for assigned areas in a cost-effective manner using current inventory management processes and procedures.
3. Communicate product concerns to supply chain management and seek input or approval from the Clinical Resource Directors (CRD) for all newly requested items prior to placing an order.
4. Adhere to appropriate business attire before the start of each shift.
5. Anticipate customer needs and expectations; respond to supply inquiries promptly and effectively.
6. Conduct supply chain activities for assigned areas and handle research, mitigation, and resolution of customer concerns, escalating when necessary.
7. Participate in daily meetings and huddles.
8. Identify and report safety concerns, medical errors, device malfunctions, and facility damages.
9. Perform delegated tasks and special projects as assigned, acting as a subject-matter expert in assigned areas.
10. Maintain knowledge of equipment used in the supply chain department.
11. Ensure compliance with all departmental and organizational policies, procedures, initiatives, and training.
12. Report safety concerns and participate in safety initiatives.
13. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Supply Chain experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in appropriate business attire.

Work Schedule:

Days 6am-2:30pm, Monday to Friday, with weekend rotation and holidays.
