Responsibilities:

1. Design and Develop High-Quality Tests: Create reliable mattress tests, updating them with new product features for relevance and accuracy.
2. Innovate and Validate: Research emerging technologies, validate hypotheses through testing to support advancements.
3. Collaborate and Support: Work with departments to identify key product information and support testing teams.
4. Share Expertise: Engage with users via forums and email, addressing questions and concerns.

• Test Designer I: Entry-level, salary $70-$85K
• Test Designer II: Advanced project ownership, salary $92-$110K
• Senior: Leadership and expertise, salary $100-$140K
