Position Summary

The Materials Coordinator at Agile Sourcing Partners, Inc., will be collaborate with the Director of Materials on site to ensure product is received, processed, inspected and shipped to Customers in a quality and timely manner. In addition, the Materials Coordinator will support associated administrative functions associated with the commercialization of company product. This is a full-time position requiring the candidate to work 1st shift (6:00am - 3:30pm) on site in Ontario, California. Pay range for this position $22.00 - $25.00 dollars per hour.

Key Job Functions

Materials Processing

  • Ensure high integrity of alignment between physical counts and company ERP system records
  • Maintain tracking files for all Customers serviced out of the Ontario location
  • Receipt of goods both physically and systemically
  • Create Purchase Orders and Sales Orders to external partners as requested by Director of Materials
  • Reconcile any shipment errors or claims
  • Support as directed Quality validations, providing guidance to front line QC individuals.
  • Support monthly cycle count
  • Support pressure testing operations

Materials Shipment

  • Physically inspect materials, ensuring quality meets/exceeds documented standards
  • Package materials into final inner/master box configuration
  • Prepare items for shipment by boxing, labeling, and verifying quantities
  • Create BOL’s and any other shipping documents required
  • Build and wrap pallets
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Production/Warehouse environment. Preference given to individuals with experience in handling materials in the gas utility sector.
  • Microsoft Office aptitude – Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, SX.e, Oracle)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to comply with established safety protocols
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • High School Degree or GED equivalent required
  • Ability to work a second shift schedule as required
  • Strong written and spoken English capabilities
