Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies is seeking a Materials Clerk to receive, inspect, pack, and ship materials for accuracy and conformance to specifications. The role emphasizes inventory control, proper documentation, and orderly packaging within a manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will handle dock-to-stock inspections, maintain travelers and lot records, and support logistics with shipping documentation and material routing to various departments at the London, Ontario site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active Driver's License required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience shipping/receiving/inspecting product in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares jobs for upcoming deliveries and prioritizes shipments.
• Packages parts according to specifications and verifies serial numbers.
• Prepares work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders.
• Ships via UPS and FedEx and completes shipping paperwork accurately.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and proper documentation for traceability.
• Counts parts and ensures inbound quantities match purchase orders and packing lists.
• Maintains tool crib and assists supervisor with duties as needed.
