EQ3 Canada in Winnipeg, Manitoba is seeking a temporary full-time Material Handler for an initial 3-month term at the Lexington Distribution Centre. The role runs Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 2:48 pm, onsite.

Responsibilities include receiving, picking, put-away, loading trailers, and maintaining accurate stock records while keeping the workspace clean and organized. This position offers potential for permanency depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate well in written and oral English.
• Good math skills are required.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

• Good product knowledge related to warehouse items.
• Experience with power jack, reach lift or forklift is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Receive product into the facility using RF scanning.
• Put merchandise into the appropriate stock area.
• Pick merchandise according to picking lists.
• Load trailers for shipping.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to the team.
• Complete paperwork as required.
• Perform cycle counts and keep the workspace clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba

What Would You Do?

We are seeking an extraordinary individual to fill a Material Handler role on a temporary full-time basis for an initial 3-month term. The schedule will be Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 2:48 pm. There is potential for this position to become permanent, depending on business needs.

The individuals will be part of the Lexington Distribution Centre team located at 70 Lexington Park. The successful candidates will be responsible for receiving, picking and putting away merchandise and other general warehousing duties as required.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position would include, but are not limited to:

• Receive product into the facility using RF
• Put merchandise into appropriate stock area
• Pick merchandise as per picking lists
• Load trailers
• Communicate inventory discrepancies
• Complete paperwork as required
• Stock counts (cycle count)
• Keep workplace clean and organized
• Other duties as assigned
