Job summary

Accurate Manufacturing 4.0 Inc. in Windsor, Ontario, is seeking an energetic General Labourer / Material Handler to move materials, assist with inventory, and prepare shipments in a fast-paced shop.

This role reports to the Shop Foreman and requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to follow safety procedures. Forklift experience is a plus; training is available. Join a team focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling is an asset but not required.
• Forklift experience or certification is an asset.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to safely move heavy materials using appropriate equipment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety requirements.
• Attention to detail when identifying and tracking materials.

Responsibilities

• Move and transport materials and work pieces between departments safely and efficiently.
• Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing materials.
• Prepare customer orders for shipment and secure loads as required.
• Assist with inventory tracking and recording material information.
• Maintain accurate identification and organization of materials in storage areas.
• Support daily production priorities and maintain a clean, safe workplace.
• Perform routine housekeeping and custodial duties as required.
• Assist with general shop maintenance and other duties as assigned.
