  • Salary: starting from $18 per hour. Please note that this salary serves as a general guideline. As a Material Handler Level 1 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the aerospace industry by ensuring the efficient movement and storage of materials. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy. Your attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will contribute to the smooth operation of our supply chain.

You will report directly to our Materials Manager and you'll work out of our Aerospace facility in Slemon Park PE, Canada. This position requires on-site work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive, store, and distribute materials according to established procedures
  • Picking and packing materials for production orders
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Safely and efficiently loading and unloading materials using electric pallet jack or other equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production schedules
  • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High school diploma or equivalent
