Job summary

Tigercat Industries is seeking a Material Handler at our Woodstock, ON facility. This role supports production by moving materials and finished goods, coordinating with multiple departments, and helping maintain a smooth, safe workflow on the factory floor.

Shifts available include dedicated day and afternoon options; afternoon shifts include a $3.00 per hour premium. Applicants should be comfortable with physical tasks and 5S organization to support efficient manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Previous material handling experience in an industrial setting.
• Prior forklift training and experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with clear communication.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials and finished products between departments to maintain production flow.
• Perform daily inspections of material handling equipment and report any damage.
• Organize and maintain 5S in storage areas.
• Review paperwork and transport parts to departments as needed.
• Follow schedules, shipping documents, and drawings.
• Communicate with project managers and supervisors to understand production schedules.
