Job description

A leading manufacturing and distribution company in Northwest Edmonton is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Material Handler to join their team.

Position Details
  • Position: Material Handler
  • Shift: Straight Day and Afternoon shifts available (7:30 am to 4:00 pm OR 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm)
  • Salary: $20/hr (days); $22/hr (afternoons)
  • Location: Northwest Edmonton (not transit accessible; reliable transportation required)

Responsibilities
  1. Operate forklift and pallet jack for delivery and picking parts and supplies
  2. Receive products and complete put-away tasks
  3. Perform cycle counts and inventory counts
  4. Check and inspect parts for damages or defects
  5. Follow departmental policies and procedures to maintain workplace safety and quality
Qualifications
  • Ability to operate a power pallet jack
  • Forklift experience (certification is an asset)
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs independently
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and team orientation
  • Legally authorized to work full-time in Canada
