Under the responsibility of the Supervisor, the Material Handler performs warehouse functions,which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving,pallet jackand dollyoperation, and cycle counting.


Essential Functions

•Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving,pallet jack and dollyoperation, andcyclecounting. •Perform duties withinperformancemeasurement guidelines of thecontract. •Maintain quality controls to ensureaccuracy. •Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, staging of products and loading and unloading oftrucks. •Responsiblefordealing withday-to-daypaperwork in a warehouseand mailroomenvironment (i.e.,bills of lading, customs documents, etc.) •Deliver shipments to end users within thelocation. •Scan inbound and outbound shipments into trackingsystem. •Interact with customeremployees.

•Perform other duties as assigned.

•Strong verbal and written communication skillswith the ability to adapt to a variety ofaudiences. •Ability to work independently and as a member of ateam. •Ability to be a team player and able to work within a diverse workenvironment. •Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors) •Highly thorough and dependable •Must be punctual and have a good attendancerecord. •Perform work independently with minimalsupervision. •Possess a high degree ofinitiative. •Demonstratean elevated levelof accuracy, even underpressure. •Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35lbs. •Ability to stand forextended periodsoftime. •Ability to work using health and safetymethods. •Detail oriented with excellent follow-uppractices. •Competent in the use of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) with experience managing critical emailrequests.


Qualifications
