We are seeking a reliable and action-oriented Material Handler to support all material movements and staging activities in a high-paced kitting warehouse environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting the flow of goods from receiving through kitting, picking, replenishing, and shipping. The ideal candidate must be organized, safety-focused, and capable of performing a wide range of warehouse functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport and stage materials for picking, kitting, shipping, and receiving operations
• Support inventory replenishment by moving materials to appropriate storage or production areas
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks
• Label, wrap, and stage outbound shipments accurately
• Maintain accurate records of material movement and assist with cycle counts
• Work closely with receivers, pickers, and warehouse supervisor to ensure timely material flow
• Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory locations and warehouse cleanliness
• Handle materials with care to prevent damage or loss
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Assist with receiving, picking, kitting, or shipping functions as required by business needs

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or material handling role
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Familiarity with ERP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a kitting, assembly, or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with RF scanners, barcode systems, and mobile inventory tools
• Exposure to Lean or 5S warehouse practices
• Understanding of basic inventory and shipping documentation

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
• Able to bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
