Adecco is currently hiring several full-time General Labourers to support operations in our client's Packaging Department . This role involves performing general labour tasks, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and assisting with packaging processes to ensure a smooth and efficient production flow. This role requires you to be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Pay Rate : $17.00 / hour
  • Job type : Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities :

  • Perform a variety of general labour tasks within the packaging department
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Follow proper handling procedures and safety precautions, especially when using cleaning chemicals
  • Provide assistance and support to other packaging team members as needed
  • Perform repetitive tasks and meet performance standards with minimal supervision

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a production or packaging environment is considered an asset
  • Basic mechanical skills with the ability to make minor equipment adjustments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to understand and follow detailed instructions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Ability to lift, stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
