The Consumer Base Management team is seeking a Market Manager for an existing role that will allow us to drive best in class migrations from copper to fiber. The successful candidate will be a key member supporting revenue growth through below-the-line marketing tactics targeting existing copper customers who are eligible to migrate to fiber. In this role, you will oversee all of the marketing work streams to support this business objective.
What you’ll do
You’ll be working with a cross section of teams and stakeholders across TELUS Consumer Solutions. You will be the central figure in creating the Home Solutions marketing strategy for copper to fiber migrations and gaining cross-functional alignment to ensure its success.
As a natural proactive leader, you will work with multiple stakeholders and business units to drive awareness of these programs, evolving the program to meet current market dynamics while also delivering exceptional business outcomes. You will play a critical role in our base management strategy, embracing ambiguity and initiating opportunities to develop this role to its full potential.
