**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Develop the strategic master plan for production (1 to 10 years) to meet business objectives.
  2. Define production rates for various sectors to align with the master plan.
  3. Communicate sector plans and updates to directors, VPs, and executives.
  4. Monitor sector adherence to the master plan, including efficiency and delays.
  5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate new products and strategies.
  6. Analyze deviations and propose corrective actions.
  7. Create and maintain performance reports.
  8. Understand labor, component demand, job progress, and related plans and reports.
  9. Implement recovery plans for non-conformance or delays.
  10. Manage the production date publication platform and coordinate with development teams.
  11. Support product change management and update detailed plans accordingly.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, Production, Logistics, Procurement, Methods, Engineering, and Quality.
  13. Participate in continuous improvement projects.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant planning experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Organized, efficient time management, self-starter.
  • Experience in manufacturing is a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical, communication, planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Open-minded team player.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English; English required for collaboration with North American sites.
  • Comfortable communicating with senior management, including directors and VPs.
