Job description

Insight Global is seeking a Master Scheduler to join a growing electronics manufacturing organisation based in Calgary, AB. This individual will be responsible for owning the master production schedule across the business, aligning manufacturing schedules, material plans, customer demand, capacity, labour, equipment availability, and operational priorities.

This role will play a key part in improving planning maturity, strengthening demand planning, and creating better alignment between customer demand, production capabilities, supply chain readiness, and leadership decision-making. The Master Scheduler will work closely with Production, Quality, Procurement, Engineering, Program Management, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to understand customer demand, forecast changes, material availability, production constraints, equipment downtime, and shifting business priorities.

The ideal candidate is someone who has operated in a true master scheduling, supply planning, production planning, or demand planning capacity within a complex manufacturing environment. They do not need to come from electronics manufacturing specifically, but they should have experience supporting environments with multiple product lines, competing priorities, capacity constraints, and cross-functional stakeholders.

This person should be comfortable owning both strategic planning conversations and hands-on execution. They will be expected to lead planning meetings, identify risks before they impact delivery, support production teams when schedules shift, and help build stronger planning structure across two locations.
