Essential Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings
  • Install and maintain electrical systems, including lighting fixtures, control panels, and cable trays
  • Test circuits for integrity and safety
  • Complete documentation and inspection reports as required
  • Mentor apprentices and contribute to a strong team environment
  • Oversight and support of electrical subcontractors and associated work scopes

Qualifications:

  • Certified Journeyperson Electrician or Registered Apprentice with a recognized provincial authority
  • Experience in industrial, construction, or maintenance settings
  • Physically fit (ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb stairs regularly)
  • Valid Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract
  • Master Certification & Signal Technician Certification are preferred

Work Conditions:

  • Base Location: Goulais River / Sault Ste Marie, with travel up to 80% of the time (accommodations & transportation provided)
  • Travel to locations including Wawa, White River, Thessalon, Bruce Mines, Blind River, Chapleau, Hornepayne, and more
  • Work primarily outdoors in various weather conditions
