Job summary

Cameco seeks a Senior Master Data SAP Specialist (AMR) to focus on fixed mechanical assets and inspections in SAP EAM. You will gather execution and operational requirements from field walkdowns to update PMs, supporting assets at Cameco's northern Saskatchewan sites.

This site-based role operates on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule with travel to operating sites on a fixed rotation. Strong SAP-EAM proficiency and maintenance planning experience are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience working on operating sites in mining or energy industries.
• SAP EAM experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in SAP-EAM is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Create and update Inspection PMs in SAP EAM based on field walkdowns to capture execution and operating requirements.
• Support assets at Cameco operating sites in northern Saskatchewan on a site-based rotation.
• Fly in/out on a fixed schedule to sites as required.

Only applicants who have worked in site based roles for at least 5 continuous years in mining and / or energy industry will be considered

Role Description / Key Responsibilities

The incumbent will focus on fixed mechanical assets like tanks, vessels, sumps, piping, etc., creating and updating Inspection PMs in SAP EAM based on field walkdowns to gather execution and operational requirements.

The scope covers assets at Cameco’s operating sites in northern Saskatchewan.
This role will be site based, flying in and out of sites on fixed rotation schedule.

Skills/Experience

An experienced tradesperson or engineer with preferably mechanical background, with at least 10 years of experience working in operating sites in operations, engineering, or maintenance, in Energy or Mining industry, along with SAP EAM experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
High level of proficiency in SAP-EAM is mandatory
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is beneficial.
