Job summary

Husky Technologies is seeking a Master Data Administrator for our Bolton, Ontario offices to support customer data across multiple systems. You will create and update master data records in compliance with business policies and data quality requirements.

You will manage customer onboarding, data entry, and ongoing maintenance to ensure data integrity. The role requires governance alignment, issue resolution, and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of data management experience.
• ERP administration knowledge across systems.
• Global vendor and customer setup experience.
• Ability to learn and work in multiple systems environments.

Responsibilities

• Process master data requests in accordance with data governance policies and guidelines, within the defined service level agreements
• Responsible for customer onboarding, data entry and maintenance based on master data policies
• Responsible for integrity of the global customer master data, as well as, troubleshooting of data errors
• Responsible for new customer set up and any changes in all Husky systems
• Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and process improvement opportunities
• Validates fields for completeness and accuracy of data
• Provide additional support as needed for other data elements to ensure data supports defined business processes and governance standards
• Maintain clear and up-to-date statuses on request and incidents
• Maintain open lines of communication with requestors
• Work with master data governance and internal partners to ensure data submissions are compliant with internal audit requirements
• Follow up on pending requests in the queue and ensure resolution and closure

This role is responsible for customer master data administration. The incumbent is responsible for creating and updating master data records in the appropriate systems in compliance with business policies, documented procedures and data quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process master data requests in accordance with data governance policies and guidelines, within the defined service level agreements
• Responsible for customer onboarding, data entry and maintenance based on master data policies
• Responsible for integrity of the global customer master data, as well as, troubleshooting of data errors
• Responsible for new customer set up and any changes in all Husky systems
• Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and process improvement opportunities
• Validates fields for completeness and accuracy of data
• Required to provide additional support as needed for other data elements to ensure data supports defined business processes and governance standards
• Maintain clear and up-to-date statuses on request and incidents
• Maintain open lines of communication with requestors
• Work directly with master data governance and internal business partners to ensure data submissions are compliant with internal audit requirements
• Follow up on any pending requests in the queue with the process stakeholders, ensure process compliance and get the request items resolved and closed

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of data management experience
• ERP administration

Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000
