Job Description

JDI Finance is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Master Data Management Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's master data, ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and security. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the administration of various systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to optimize performance.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
  2. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across all systems.
  3. Perform regular audits and data quality checks.
  4. Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with team members, Supply Chain department, business partners, and executive management to encourage open dialogue and a collaborative approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  1. Post-secondary education specializing in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  2. Knowledge of laws and regulations related to corporate procurement practices.
  3. Solid organizational skills and ability to manage time and deadlines.
  4. Ability to provide sound judgment and exercise a high level of confidentiality and discretion while working with sensitive and private information.
  5. Strong people skills, with the ability to energize, engage, and develop a high-performing team.
  6. A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
