Master Data Coordinator

Working in a close-knit Master Data team, your key focus is to maintain master data and ensure this meets the needs of stakeholders. A pivotal role to ensure timely and accurate supply chain master data is present, enabling procurement, purchasing, distribution and accounts payable processes are successful. DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Raising requests for master data to be setup or maintained at the master level
• Ensuring that the data maintained conforms to current national policies, standards and procedures
• Analysing and resolving requests from users to create and maintain master data appropriate to business needs
• Proactively reviewing data to detect errors or exceptions, identify appropriate resolutions and making corrections
• Working closely in Oracle EBS and Excel (essential you are well-versed in Excel – VLookups and pivot tables will be second nature to you). If you don’t have Oracle experience, similar ERP experience is fine
• Ensuring you are updating required stakeholders at all times (you will be a clear communicator on all fronts)
