What You’ll Do

• Formwork for footings, walls, slabs
• Frame/finish exterior walls, decks, and roofs
• Frame interior partitions and build stairs
• Install drywall, crown molding, doors, cabinetry (cabinetry optional but appreciated)
• Optional: tile floors, install wood and laminate flooring
• Mentor junior team members and uphold site standards

What You Bring

• 5+ years of residential carpentry experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Own tools and reliable transportation
• English required; French is a strong asset
• Able to commute or relocate to the Westmount area
• Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
