*This is a Seasonal Position with Contract Ending August 1st, 2025. Part-time/Full-time position.*

As a Master Builder, you will report to the Regional Lead. You will work within Walmart stores, building seasonal display items and a wide selection of quality bicycles. You will be our go-to person to arrive in store, ready to build! You will assemble products and merchandise on the sales floor according to the client requirements. We take Health and Safety seriously; we adhere to all client and OSL policies to ensure that all quality measures are met or exceeded. As a seasonal program, we have great incentives that encourage builders to come back year after year.

What we are looking for:

  • You have previous experience using hand and/or power tools such as drills/drivers, wrenches, ratchets, Allen keys, etc., to build or repair a variety of bicycles and seasonal products. (All tools will be supplied by the Company)
  • Mechanical ability to assemble bicycles that are safe to ride and built to last for this season and many years to come.
  • Comprehension of technical directions to properly assemble product displays such as patio furniture, BBQ’s, swings, lawn mowers, snowblowers, and more.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of products and may on occasion perform repairs and adjustments to ensure builds are meeting the highest standards.
  • May on occasion perform repairs or adjustments for customer-owned products.
  • Thrives while working alone, often unsupervised. Comfortable using a mobile device to communicate in group chats with the larger build teams, as well submit end of day safety checks and build reports.

Physical Job Requirements

  • Comfortable lifting and moving 30-50 pounds regularly.
  • Comfortable standing/walking/crouching/kneeling for extensive periods of time.
  • You MUST have your own vehicle and be willing to travel within a designated region.
