As a Master Builder, reporting to the Regional Lead, you will work in Walmart stores assembling seasonal display items and bicycles. You will be the go-to person to arrive prepared to build, working indoors with a regular schedule based on client needs. We prioritize health and safety, adhering to all policies to meet or exceed quality standards. Incentives are available to encourage repeat seasons.

Qualifications:

• Experience with tools such as wrenches, ratchets, Allen keys (all supplied by the company)
• Mechanical ability to assemble bicycles and display items safely and durably

• Ability to understand technical instructions quickly
• Accurate record-keeping of daily builds
• Comfort working independently and using mobile devices for communication and reporting

Physical requirements:

• Lift and move 30-50 pounds
• Stand, walk, crouch, kneel for extended periods
