Qualifications

• Must have completed a minimum of 2,200 hours of Massage Therapy education/training.
• Knowledge of massage therapy theory, techniques, anatomy, physiology, and clinical practice.
• Available for the full weekend schedule: Saturdays 8:30 AM–5:30 PM and Sundays 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and practical Massage Therapy instruction according to the approved curriculum.
• Demonstrate massage therapy techniques and provide hands-on guidance to students.
• Prepare and deliver lessons, activities, and practical demonstrations.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Evaluate student knowledge, practical skills, professionalism, and competencies.
• Maintain accurate attendance, grading, and student evaluation records.
• Create a professional, respectful, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Ensure students follow appropriate health, safety, sanitation, and professional practice standards.
• Communicate student concerns or additional support needs to the Program Coordinator.
• Follow all PIMT policies, procedures, curriculum requirements, and academic standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must have completed a minimum of 2,200 hours of Massage Therapy education/training.
• Strong knowledge of massage therapy theory, techniques, anatomy, physiology, and clinical practice.
• Relevant professional experience in Massage Therapy.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable delivering both theoretical and hands-on practical instruction.
• Previous teaching, training, clinical supervision, or mentorship experience is an asset.
• Must be available for the full weekend schedule: Saturdays from 8:30 AM–5:30 PM and Sundays from 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
