The Spa at Club Med collaborates with renowned brands such as Sothys, Cinq Mondes, Comfort Zone, Mandara Spa, Payot, and l'Occitane. You will receive training in treatment protocols and product sales, with certifications recognized by wellness professionals worldwide.

We are looking for candidates who are :

• Attentive, providing personalized services and unique experiences for each guest.
• Relaxing, maintaining a Zen attitude to create a calming environment.
• Challengers / Performers, eager to take on new challenges to grow the Spa's revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include :

Developing professionally through training on protocols from brands like Sothys, Cinq Mondes, or Payot.

Welcoming clients and organizing treatment schedules.

Performing various treatments such as Californian, Ayurvedic, hot stone, or Balinese therapies according to resort guidelines.

Promoting and selling services and products to enhance the Spa's revenue.

Collaborating with other resort services (laundry, bar, restaurant, etc.).

Ensuring compliance with Club Med health and safety standards and maintaining resort assets.
