Playground is an internationally renowned gaming destination located a short 15-minute drive south of downtown Montreal, within the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake. We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Certified Massage Therapist with a strong customer service focus, adept at thriving in an unconventional work environment. In this role, you will provide exceptional massage services to our players, employing a variety of techniques to improve circulation, promote relaxation, and alleviate stress.

Schedule: To be determined - variable, days, evenings, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Massage players using different techniques to improve circulation, promote relaxation, and relieve stress
• Address players’ needs in a timely and professional manner
• Respect and comply with the massage therapist’s waiting list
• Clean and sanitize massage chairs after every massage performed
• Comply with Playground standards, policies and regulations
• Complete timesheet accurately
  
  

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (French and English) and 18 years or older
• Must have a valid work permit or be a Canadian resident
• Must have at least 400 hours of training in a recognized massage technique
• Be a member of a recognized association (mandatory)
• Must have liability insurance (mandatory)
• Chair massage’s training is an asset
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as within a team setting
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilités :

• Masser les joueurs en utilisant différentes techniques pour améliorer la circulation, promouvoir la relaxation et soulager le stress
• Répondre aux besoins des joueurs de manière opportune et professionnelle
• Respecter la liste d'attente du massothérapeute et s'y conformer
• Nettoyer et désinfecter les fauteuils de massage après chaque massage
• Respecter les normes, les politiques et les règlements de l'aire de jeu
• Remplir la feuille de temps avec précision
  
  

Exigences :

• Être bilingue (français et anglais) et avoir 18 ans ou plus
• Avoir un permis de travail valide ou être résident canadien
• Avoir suivi au moins 400 heures de formation dans une technique de massage reconnue
• Être membre d'une association reconnue (obligatoire)
• Posséder une assurance responsabilité civile (obligatoire)
• Une formation en massage sur chaise est un atout
• Excellentes compétences en matière de présentation
• Capacité à travailler de façon autonome avec un minimum de supervision ainsi qu'au sein d'une équipe
• Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à rester calme et professionnel dans un environnement où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide
