Job Description: Spa Therapist

Seamlessly blending alpine style with luxury amenities, our resort offers rustic elegance in a pristine natural setting, infused with a cosmopolitan flair. The spa provides a relaxing environment with services including massage and body treatments, using organic ingredients whenever possible. Responsibilities include providing excellent guest service, maintaining spa standards, and ensuring the upkeep of the spa facility.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform all spa services including massage and body treatments with professionalism and efficiency.
2. Maintain a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests.
3. Customize treatments based on guest needs and suggest additional services.
4. Understand and explain product ingredients and benefits to guests.
5. Adhere to safety protocols and assess contraindications before treatments.
6. Keep treatment areas clean and organized, and maintain product knowledge.
7. Manage client records and treatment notes accurately.
8. Attend scheduled meetings and training sessions.
9. Assist with facility maintenance and report incidents as necessary.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for most of the workday.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organized, energetic, and a team player.

• Knowledge of body mechanics to prevent injury.
