  • Assist in monthly inventory management.

Sun Peaks Food and Beverage seeks a dedicated restaurant manager to join our team. As Masa’s Bar + Grill Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience by utilizing your leadership skills and dedication to outstanding service. This dynamic role provides the opportunity to oversee the daily operations of a thriving food and beverage establishment while nurturing a motivated, high-performing team. Your responsibilities will include menu planning, staff development, and ensuring the smooth delivery of service, all while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and employees. Compensation Information: $65,000 per annum

Physical Requirement: Light, work activities involve handling loads up to 20kg; predominantly in an indoor setting.

This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

Skills you bring with you:

  • Minimum five years experience in a Food and Beverage operation.
  • Serving it Right.
  • Excellent knowledge of Food, Wine & Service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of point of sales system/Food and Beverage systems.
  • Current Food Safe Certificate.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation of assigned SPR Food & Beverage Outlet.
  • Responsible for training, scheduling, safety, motivating and management of staff.
  • Resolve customer complaints with prompt follow up.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and that the work environment is kept in a safe and sanitary condition.
  • Under the assistance of the Food and Beverage staff and keyholders, assist in monthly inventory.
  • Managing stock levels and creating weekly/daily inventories.
