We're seeking someone to join our Digital Marketing Technology team as a MarTech Solutions Analyst to support our marketing technology ecosystem by researching, documenting, and communicating critical information across the product life cycle.

Enterprise Technology & Services (ETS) delivers shared technology services for the Firm supporting all business applications and end users. ETS provides capabilities for all stages of the Firm’s software development lifecycle, enabling productive coding, functional and integration testing, application releases, and ongoing monitoring and support for over 3,000 production applications.

ETS also delivers all workplace technologies (desktop, mobile, voice, video, productivity, intranet/internet) in integrated configurations that boost the personal productivity of our employees. Application and end user services are delivered on a scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure composed of seamlessly integrated datacenter, network, compute, cloud, storage, and database services.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Software Engineering III position at Associate level, which is part of the job family responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that support business needs.

What You’ll Do In The Role

  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, data, and engineering teams to ensure internal stakeholders have accurate, accessible documentation and answers related to our MarTech platforms, integrations, and processes.
  • Support the team managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, Target, Workfront and Adobe Experience Platform) platforms.
  • Contribute to the integration of leading digital solutions into our marketing technology ecosystem, to deliver the best multi-channel experience to our internal and external customers.
  • Synthesize technical and strategic information into clear, useful documentation.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical writing, business analysis, product management, or technical support role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and technology product life cycle.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation, API references, and data schemas.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and synthesize complex technical and business topics.
  • Experience gathering and validating requirements from various internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience facilitating meetings, interviews, and walkthroughs with cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Worked in agile methodology
