Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a MarTech AdTech Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for a large-scale retail media and data transformation program. Hybrid work model in Canada; you will own ad serving, identity resolution, measurement, analytics, and cloud data platforms, guiding offshore delivery teams in an agile environment.

You will define API contracts, data schemas, and integration standards while coordinating with client stakeholders and leading technical discovery to translate business

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in solution/technical architecture with 3+ years in retail media, digital advertising, or MarTech.
  • Experience with GCP and/or AWS compute, storage, streaming, and managed data services.
  • Snowflake data modelling, zero-copy integrations, and Data Sharing.
  • Familiarity with clean rooms (Habu, Snowflake, AWS) and programmatic ad platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end solution architecture across ad serving, data pipelines, identity, measurement and reporting.
  • Lead technical discovery translating business requirements into architecture decisions and specs.

You will own the end-to-end technical architecture across ad serving, identity resolution, measurement, analytics, and cloud data platforms, serving as the single technical authority on the engagement.
