Marsh McLennan seeks a talented HR Manager to join the Human Resources team in Toronto for a hybrid role. The successful candidate will manage HR tasks across US and Canada business programs, requiring strong HR knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to foster collaboration with diverse teams. We are seeking a talented individual to join our Human Resources team at Marsh McLennan . This role will be based in Toronto and it is a hybrid role with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This is a full-time contract role of 6 months.
As the HR Manager for this project you will be responsible for the delivery of HR-related tasks across business program workstreams for US and Canada. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices change management principles excellent communication skills a high degree of organization and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
