Job description

Type: Full-Time | Monday to Friday (37.5h/week)

Are you an expert in scaling eCommerce through marketplaces like Wayfair and Amazon? Do you thrive in high-growth environments and want to leave your mark in a company already generating $100M+ annually? If so, Transformer Table wants to hear from you.

We're seeking a Director of Marketplaces with a proven track record of driving exponential growth across major marketplaces. In this high-impact role, you'll take full ownership of our Wayfair channels and Amazon — leading strategy, execution, optimization, and expansion efforts.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own and scale the Amazon and Wayfair channels, with full P&L responsibility.
• Build and execute strategic growth plans to dramatically increase revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, logistics, finance) to align marketplace activities with overall business objectives.
• Lead the listing optimization process — from keyword research to A+ content and conversion rate improvements.
• Work closely with the advertising team to optimize PPC campaigns and promotional strategies on each platform.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, campaign performance, inventory health, and channel profitability.
• Stay ahead of platform policy changes, trends, and new features; continuously test and implement improvements.
• Actively develop and scale new international marketplaces when relevant.
• Build and lead a team dedicated to marketplace excellence.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 7+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Wayfair at a senior level.
• Deep expertise in Amazon advertising, SEO, promotions, and operational workflows.
• Solid understanding of Wayfair Partner Home Portal and how to scale within the platform.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a track record of significant revenue growth.
• Experience managing large budgets and reporting to executive teams.
• Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Data-driven, organized, and highly results-oriented.
• Bonus: Experience in home/furniture industry.
