Job Title:Marketing and Account Management Coordinator

Overview:
Our small but well-established (>45 years privately owned) client of ours has top tier retail clients and a strong and evolving product line. They are located North of Toronto, operate in a Hybrid format and have an excellent small team. They now require an Account Management Lead to help them grow and deliver their established and evolving products to market through retail channel partners and e-commerce more effectively and efficiently.

What you will be doing:

  • Research and tailor sales presentations

  • Participate in sales planning, customer base expansion and revenue growth

  • Assist in determining product pricing and development strategy

  • Negotiate contracts, present programs, book sales, assist with forecasting

  • Perform customer satisfaction and feedback surveys, analysis and plan

  • Contribute to marketing materials – all channels and forms

  • Attend trade shows and research competitor activity

  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce data and manage adjustments

What you must have:

  • Applicable experience, ideally from full-time for 2-4 years, but open to considering exceptional candidates with less years and the experience from co-ops, summer internships or part-time jobs

  • Consumer goods education and/or experience (sales/marketing/business preferred)

  • Highly goal-oriented and proven success in sales

  • Understanding of sales methods and channels

  • Understanding of business basics

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation and communication skills – able to adjust to and confidently interact with all levels of an organization

  • Access to a vehicle and knowledge of Photoshop and experience in sporting goods are all a bonus

Salary/Rate Range: $60,000 – $75,000
