Westdell Development Corp. is a leading real estate development firm in Southwestern Ontario with a diverse and growing portfolio of residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use properties. We are currently seeking a Marketing & Web Design Coordinator to help grow and manage our brand through digital, print, and web platforms.

Role Summary

The Marketing & Web Design Coordinator will play a key role in developing and executing marketing and branding initiatives. This includes managing our websites, designing marketing materials, producing digital and video content, coordinating signage and property tours, and supporting various internal departments with design and content needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Web & Digital Management

  • Manage and update corporate and project websites (WordPress), including content upload, layout optimization, and troubleshooting
  • Ensure websites are mobile responsive, fast-loading, and deliver an optimal user experience across devices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and implement website content updates and enhancements
  • Conduct regular website audits to identify broken links, outdated content, and SEO opportunities
  • Optimize on-page SEO including meta tags, keywords, image alt texts, and site structure to improve search engine rankings
  • Monitor website analytics and user behavior using Google Analytics and Search Console; prepare monthly performance and insights reports
  • Manage integration of third-party tools such as CRM, email marketing, or analytics plugins

Graphic Design & Branding

  • Design a wide range of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, site plans, leasing packages, presentations, and investor decks
  • Develop large-format print materials such as signage, banners, hoarding, and event displays in compliance with production specifications
  • Maintain brand consistency by enforcing corporate visual identity guidelines across all print and digital assets
  • Create digital graphics for website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns
  • Produce motion graphics, animated visuals, and simple video overlays to enhance digital content engagement
  • Collaborate with leasing, development, and other teams to conceptualize and execute creative solutions tailored to target audiences
  • Manage and organize digital asset libraries including templates, photography, icons, and brand assets for easy team access
  • Prepare files for print production ensuring proper resolution, color modes, and format specifications
  • Continuously research design trends and digital marketing best practices to keep materials fresh and competitive

Video & Multimedia Content

  • Edit and produce short-form videos for residential property tours, project features, and social media
  • Add motion graphics, animations, and overlays where needed

Marketing Campaigns & Social Media

  • Design visual content for LinkedIn, Instagram, email newsletters, and website banners
  • Assist with the execution of marketing and leasing campaigns
  • Coordinate and maintain content calendars

Photography & Asset Management

  • Edit and organize photo libraries for internal and external use
  • Coordinate professional photo and drone shoots with external vendors

Signage & Production Coordination

  • Design large-format signage (leasing, directional, hoarding)
  • Liaise with signage companies for production specs and installation scheduling
  • Ensure artwork is accurate and delivered on time

Internal Support

  • Work closely with leasing, development, and finance teams to support design and communications
  • Assist with internal presentations, stakeholder materials, and event branding

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in a marketing and / or creative design role
  • Real estate or architecture industry experience is an asset
  • WordPress experience is required; HTML / CSS
  • Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
