On behalf of our innovative real estate investor education client, Procom is searching for a Marketing Technology Administrator / Developer for a permanent role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Cambridge, ON office.

Marketing Technology Administrator / Developer - Job Description :

Our client is expanding its digital infrastructure and customer journey automation and is seeking a Marketing Technology Administrator / Developer to enhance their systems. This role involves managing and optimizing digital marketing platforms, primarily focusing on HubSpot administration, website functionality, and system integrations.

Marketing Technology Administrator / Developer - Responsibilities :

• Own and manage the HubSpot platform architecture, including object setup, data models, properties, user access, and permissions.
• Configure and optimize workflows, lead scoring models, nurture campaigns, and lifecycle stages.
• Build or maintain custom scripts, APIs, and integrations between HubSpot, WordPress, and other third-party tools.
• Support landing page form functionality, data flow, tagging, and campaign tracking parameters.
• Build reports and dashboards in HubSpot and Power BI to measure campaign performance and ROI.
• Follow best practices for user data protection and back-end security.
• Document all system processes, workflows, integrations, and platform configurations.

Marketing Technology Administrator / Developer - Mandatory Skills :

3+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing ops, or back-end web development.

Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing, Sales & Service Hub administration.

Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

Experience with WordPress, Elementor, and third-party tool integrations.
