Hatch is seeking a Marketing Co-op student for an internship starting September 2025. Reporting to Marketing and Communications, you will support offices globally working from our Mississauga office location.

As the successful candidate, you will:

  • Support Hatch's marketing and communications team
  • Interface with Hatch business groups in mining and metals, energy, infrastructure, digital solutions, and investments
  • Attend and contribute to department and project team meetings
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Your background:

  • 3rd or 4th year student in marketing, communications, digital media, or related fields
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Submission of an official or unofficial transcript is required

What you will learn:

  • Understanding of internal and external marketing communications activities in a global engineering firm
  • Knowledge of style and technical specifics related to engineering marketing communications
  • Full lifecycle of developing marketing and communication products
  • Different types of writing, graphics, and development processes
  • Presentation and speaking skills enhancement
