Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Marketing Strategist to own search for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: define the technical roadmap, content priorities and the ranking narrative when clients ask what moved.

You are the strategic voice at the table, making calls, guiding audits and fixes, and coordinating with writers and AI to drive performance across organic search, local SEO, and multi-location campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO, including audits and fixes.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Own technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities, with writers and AI producing drafts.
• Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO where the client needs it.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and the quarterly roadmap for each client.
