ABOUT YOU:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Strategist to lead multi-channel campaigns, develop compelling content, and drive engagement through strategic email marketing. This role is ideal for a creative yet analytical marketer who excels at storytelling, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.

You will be responsible for shaping our marketing strategy, overseeing campaign execution, and ensuring alignment with business goals. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support sales and product initiatives while maintaining consistent brand messaging across all channels.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, integrating content, email, print, and digital strategies to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Oversee email marketing initiatives, including automation, segmentation, and performance optimization.
  • Work directly with clients to drive compelling content strategies that align with industry trends and customer needs, ensuring brand consistency and messaging clarity.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, leveraging the relationship to maintain and grow clients.
  • Collaborate with funeral homes and our internal agency team to support key business initiatives and enhance customer engagement.
  • Analize marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies, improve ROI, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with a talented marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and industry best practices to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
